Join us as we discuss how Blue Chip, multi-national organizations aspire to streamline to lower costs and remain relevant in today’s ever evolving Business Climate.

HP business requires discrete regional demand generation that will provide an aggregated signal, to our global manufacturing partners and strategic suppliers which then would distribute committed supply plans back to the regions for a more region-specific supply/demand matching/prioritization process. To accomplish these complex business requirements, HP collaborated with SAP to develop a SCM-APO landscape that connected regionally distributed systems/processes to a single, global instance. The regionally distributed SCM-APO environments provide discrete demand plans feeding into the central SCM-APO for global demand consolidation and supply allocation.  After the regions receive supply commitments from the global instance, SAP Supply Chain Response Management by icon-scm provide region-specific supply/demand matching processes to be used in gATP.
