Wally Sanabria

Director, Worldwide Procurement
SanDisk Corporation

Wally is responsible for Organizational Excellence and Scalability; the development and implementation of the systems, tools, processes and procedures used by the global SanDisk Procurement organization.  He'll be discussing "Conflict Minerals:  Beyond Dodd-Frank," from the perspective of this organization's measurable success in such programs (led by Mr. Sanabria). 

Before joining SanDisk in 2001, his career included senior procurement management positions at Unisys, Digital Equipment and Applied Materials, as well as senior management consultant roles at Eclipse Group and the CEPO Group.  Wally is a graduate of the University of the State of New York, and has completed more than half the requirements for an MBA at Bellevue University.


Craig Cuffie

VP Operations

Craig Cuffie has held the top supply chain management positions at Intuit and Clearwire before joining Jawbone as VP Operations earlier this year.  He'll be reflecting on that journey, discuss Jawbone and its supply chain strategy, strengths and challenges - and provide participants a look forward in the space Jawboneof wearable wireless products which Jawbone has helped create.  If you've seen Craig's predictions at our flagship November 'What's Next?' event, you know this will be a talk worth your time! 


Mary Palafox
Executive Director, Red Tab Foundation
Levi-Strauss & Co.
Mary  Palafox  will wrap the program with a brief talk around the   Levi-Strauss Red Tab Foundation, for which she serves as   Executive Director, entitled," Red Tab Foundation:  This is How We   Help Each Other."  The foundation is a 501(C)3 charitable   non-profit organization  which provides assistance  to  retirees and employees of LS&Co. who are experiencing  financial  emergencies. 
Mary Palafox has been with Levi Strauss & Company for almost 27 years and has broad cross-functional experience, having spent time in director and management positions in Merchandising, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management, Customs and now Non-Profit.  In her career with LS&Co.  she has traveled extensively to factories across the U.S., Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. From 2008 to 2011 she was Director of Customs with LS&Co. working on trade and tariff impacts to product development strategies, implementing a successful FTZ strategy and delivering against compliance and key cost savings initiatives at the company. 

Mary’s deep background in apparel product development and sourcing, knowledge of the LS&Co’.s business and successful interaction with C-level executives has enabled her to transition from the business to her current role as the Executive Director of the Red Tab Foundation.
